I just placed an order, what happens next?
Shopify (our webhost) will send an order confirmation along with a receipt via email. We will then verify the order has been age verified. Once the order has been age verified, we will prepare the order and generate a shipping label. Once the label is printed, you will receive an additional email with the tracking information. Generally retail orders are shipped via USPS. Online orders are packaged in the order they are received. We generally ship orders the same day if they are received by 1 PM CST, although some orders may take up to 48 hours to ship. USPS does not pick up on Saturday, Sunday or any national holidays and orders placed on these days will be shipped the following business day.
Do you accept Paypal?
We can not accept PayPal for any sales as PayPal explicitly disallows electronic cigarette sales.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on e-liquids. Returns for hardware will be on a case by case basis and authorized returns/exchanges will be assigned a RMA number. A note with this number must be included alongside the hardware with all original packaging and accessories as well as a description of the problem. Hardware affected by manufacturer defect may be eligible for exchange. All suspected defects must be reported within 3 business days of confirmed delivery. How are orders shipped?
We ship most packages via USPS Priority Mail. Some small packages may be shipped USPS First Class. Tracking numbers are assigned to orders as they are fulfilled (typically within 48 hours except weekends) and communicated via a shipping confirmation email. The cost of shipping is split and shared between us and the customer. After orders are shipped, inquiries regarding the status of packages should be addressed to the United States Postal Service. All hardware purchases over $100 are shipped signature required.
We do not ship to international addresses. We do not ship to dropship or forwarding addresses. USPS prohibits the shipping of electronic cigarettes and eliquids to APO/FPO/DPO addresses outside of the USA.
PROBLEMS WITH AN ORDER
My order says “Delivered” but it’s not in my mailbox?
Sometimes USPS will update to Delivered too early, and in our experience, this usually resolves itself the next day. Typically the order is delivered the next day. If it has not arrived within 48 hours after showing "delivered", please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
To set up a return or exchange, you must email email@example.com and if the exchange or return is authorized, you will be issued a RMA number. No exchanges or returns can be authorized by phone, you must email firstname.lastname@example.org. Return shipping cost for exchanges will be at the customer’s expense. Not all items are eligible for returns or exchanges. For more information, email email@example.com
Shipping damage or received the wrong items?
If items have been damaged during shipping (such as a broken eliquid bottle) or if you receive the wrong item, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will correct the issue as soon as possible.
