It seems as though not long ago, Craving Vapor had released the HexOhm v1 and had taken the market by storm. It boasted a power output of 50 watts with the ability to adjust to your liking, all housed in a sturdy Hammond Project Box. On top of that, they offered lifetime warranty on the device. What could be better than an American made device with lifetime warranty? Everyone was impressed and Craving Vapor had made its name in the vaping industry.
Fast forward about a year or so and the HexOhm v2 was born. Using the same housing as the v1, but with an upgraded chipset, the v2 was able to put out up to 100 watts of power. It was mind blowing! The chipset used was the OKL-T20. Once again, Craving Vapor had pushed the envelope and made an iconic vaping device that would be sought after by almost every vaper.
Now, looking at the present, Craving Vapor has once again taken the market by storm with the release of the HexOhm v3. It’s as if the Phoenix rose from the ashes and a new beauty was born. Stepping away from using the Hammond box, Craving Vapor has milled their own boxes to house a proprietary chipset, 3D printed the battery sled, and used injection molded Ultem to hold the solid brass spring-loaded contacts.
All in all, the Craving Vapor team itself has gone through leaps and bounds to create a device that is potentially perfect for anyones needs. And yes, they still offer the lifetime warranty.
