Today's Vape of the Day brings the old and the new for a cloud-chucking machine that is all kinds of awesome. The conductivity of copper and a hybrid-style connection plus an atomizer with tons of room for quad-coil builds and airflow out the wazoo: Bay City Vapor's XXIX mechanical mod and PRS' Cloud Champ RDA. These two are a match made in cloud heaven.
We all know mods come and go with new and improved models replacing the old, etc. Through all of this, the XXIX has remained, dare I say, a staple of the mech mod lineup. It's sleek and simple, and damn does it perform. You don't have to worry about voltage drop, the button is a joy to press, and the copper gets a beautiful, beautiful patina over time. The XXIX is practically a classic: several mods have come since, but few can match it's allure and performance.
Mods only perform as well as the atomizer attached to them, and the Cloud Champ RDA brings out the best. The deck is open and easy to build on utilizing the "t-post" center post design making dual-, quad-, and parallel-coils a breeze. The AFC is straight-forward, but uses an interesting triangle shape for a seamless variety of airflow configurations. Unlike other RDA's with two or three AFC options, the Cloud Champ transitions through every single step allowing full control for the user. If that weren't enough, it comes with a custom-sized drip tip opening and a custom wide bore drip tip. Maybe you'd prefer to use your own drip tip? Well, the folks at PRS had you in mind when they included the drip tip adapter so you can use any 510 drip tip you want. How thoughtful!
So, the next time you want to fill your car, office, or bedroom with dense, thick clouds, look no further than this fantastic setup.
